Sacrifices vs. Happiness

Sacrifice vs. Happiness. These two are experienced by all of us. And both are included in our lives. They may differ in situation but they have similarities too. There is a connection between sacrifices and happiness. Sacrifices and happiness come in different ways. People may encounter in their lives a lot of sacrifices first and happiness later on but some encounter happiness first then sacrifices. What I mean is sacrifices is willing to take a risk and gicing up everything for the sake of something or ending something so another thing will start or continue. SAcrifice is a perseverance and happiness is a feeling when a person is contented and happy with his life and taking the risk whatever happens whether it would be good or bad, the important thing there is he is pursued to be happy. Not minding how hard or how difficult the result would be. Both are reality but I think the best thing to do to be happy or contented with our lives is to sacrifice first and let God do his part. It would be quite hard but we know in the end, happiness is the reward. Sacrificing would not be forever.

"transferee student"

Being a student who always transfers schools is a hard responsibility. I see a lot of differences among people. As a transferee, you would have to find new friends. A group where you could share your inner thoughts and a group who would accept you as what you are. There are nice people who really are willing to be your friends. They accept the whole thing about you and at the same time, go with a group whom you are comfortable being with. By that feeling, you would know that they are a true friends. They may help you out as much as possible, they may be there for you in times of need or even you feel down. And you would also find a friends who are neutral, they might not be the friends whom you get along all the time but they could still be friends. You greet them as you pass by and vice versa. You may also find a friends who are exactly a backstabber. And it is possible. They're good whe you're in front of them but when you turn around, a lot of bad things come out from their mouth. They betray you secretly and treat you badly although you're not doing anything to them. And the worst is they make fun of you to make you feel bad about yourself. People have different attitudes. And we all know, we have our own differences but once you get to know them, you would classify them and describe them by their attitudes. The best thing to do is just be yourself and be nice to all.

how am I as a listener? xD

I admit, sometimes Im not in a good mood when i really dont tend to listen. Sad to say this, but honestly, even my friends, a really really good friends, I, sometimes get bored, it really depends on my mood. Nothing could change it. Sad but true guys =( sorry for that anyway.

Those 5 steps which are discussed to us a while ago, receiving is the first step where I could reflect myself that when I want to listen to a person, I really listen to them focusing on them only. As if we are the only people there, we dont even care who's passing by us or looking at us.

Next is understanding, wherein, I do understand them word by word if Im that interested enough to listen. Just like what I said, it really depends on my mood.. hehehe xD

Third one is remembering. For instance, Im telling a story to my friend, then I would remember till the deepest past of my life just to give the information I want to share it to her, I would express it by actions to get my point completely.

Then, evaluating, here, I honestly judge people why they are telling that kind of story, is he/she willing enough to share it with me. Because of these judgments, many things come to my mind. Well, true xD

Lastly, responding, Just like what ma'am said, back-channeling cues is one of my ways how to react or respond to them. xD

I chose these three music videos. Anyway, those three are some of my favorite songs. It feels good to listen at because their genre is one of my favorite genres too. xD For the MYMP song, I feel relaxed when I hear it. It calms me. dont know why =D i think, it' s a soft song. and Juris got an angelic voice.

And for "home", I chose it because the lyric relates me a bit. except for the line "i've never been the best man or friend for you". The rest relates me because my family's not here with me. They're in Pangasinan. My uncle just got me from there to finance my studies. Because my mom's wage is not enough for us, for my 4 siblings. And I pity my mom for that. That's why I agreed that I could and I would sacrifice everything for my family. My sister is with me anyway. She's my strength for now.

And lastly, lips of an angel, because, same thing, it's a nice song. one of my fav. songs too. And HINDER has a different voice compared to others.


These three songs really my favorites xD just love listening to them. it makes me happy.. hehe.. dont know.. kinda weird but it's true anyway. oh well. i have lot of songs. I also love "its not over" by daughtry. i really love his voice xD mixture of rock and senti.

I am also fond of listening to love songs xD well.. heart-whelming.. especially the oldies. just like "now and forever" by richard marx. really really really nice song. anyway, my 'baby' dedicates that song for me. i miss him anyway.. harhar =P

I have to make this work a bit longer.. hehe.. it is required for us to make 400 words. hehe! kinda tiring ma'am. aja! we can do it anyway. just have patience on this. we could make this successfully.

LEARNING

I am at school. Why? There are many reasons why I am here. Learning is essential. When you learn, you appreciate every little things. I am here to learn, as simple as that. In learning, you gain more ideas about everything that have to be known, learned, and experienced to evaluate our existence in schools. We are not here because parents said so. Not because they force us to go schooling. It depends on that person if he is willing to learn. Once the person declined schooling, he would regret it for the rest of his life.

For me, learning is not basically you need it just to know. It is automatically what you deserve. It has a big impact in our lives.

You will get to realize that learning or what we say 'education' is vital when no one is able to support us or you may experience such bad things. Only you could help yourself when it comes to education. No one could help us only ourselves. Dont waste our time. Spend quality time for education and accept every inch on it. =D

Got interested about behavior.

I chose Organizational Behavior. Organizational Behavior is a field of study aimed at predicting, explaining, understanding, and changing human behavior occurring organizations. It focuses on observable behaviors whether individuals or groups. It was founded on research and practice shaped by scientific management perspective ehich has concentrated on increasing the efficiency of job behaviors. Second, the administrative principles perspective which has focused on enhancing the efficiency of administrative procedures. Third, is the human relations perspective which has put the emphasis on nurturing the growth or organization members. And finally, the open systems perspective wherein it highlighted the importance of coping with the surrounding environment.

Organizational behavior know-how can be a valuable source of competitive advantage for managers and companies.
