Got interested about behavior.
I chose Organizational Behavior. Organizational Behavior is a field of study aimed at predicting, explaining, understanding, and changing human behavior occurring organizations. It focuses on observable behaviors whether individuals or groups. It was founded on research and practice shaped by scientific management perspective ehich has concentrated on increasing the efficiency of job behaviors. Second, the administrative principles perspective which has focused on enhancing the efficiency of administrative procedures. Third, is the human relations perspective which has put the emphasis on nurturing the growth or organization members. And finally, the open systems perspective wherein it highlighted the importance of coping with the surrounding environment.
Organizational behavior know-how can be a valuable source of competitive advantage for managers and companies.

1) capitalize only the first word of the title, and (2) include only the city (NY) of publication.

hey hey Vya..don't worry your not the only one..hahah..never really interested in blogging coz I am too lazy to go online most of the time..but what the heck it's nice..I've had a blog before but then I already forgot the username and password coz i have not open it for ages..anyway I think in no time you'll know a lot about blogging..Coz we are gonna be doing this most of the time..
